SPAR’s new commercial music was created in collaboration with creative, young musicians
The KEMP songwriter camp was organized for the fourth time in Csopak by Banana Records. As a result of the four days of joint brainstorming and music making, many interesting collabs were born and, among other things, new, creative, dynamic advertising music was also created for the main sponsor of the event, SPAR Hungary.
The event, organized by the Banana Records publishing house and music management company, was held for the first time in 2021, and in recent years many well-known musicians, producers, and songwriters from a wide variety of styles have visited here. For example, some of the songs on Beton.Hofi’s album Playbánia started here, but also part of the Hundred Sins Opera album was written here.Barbara Schoblocher (Blahalouisiana), VALMAR, Carson Coma and Beton.Hofi took part in the four-day camp this year.
“On weekdays, songwriters often don’t have the time or the opportunity to devote all their attention to creating for days, to immerse themselves in one song at a time or even to experiment together with their fellow musicians. Our camp, in addition to providing this escape, also moves them out of their comfort zone, as life often brings them together with fellow creators whom they might otherwise never have met. This year’s KEMP also proves that this kind of innovative songwriting process has an inspiring effect on the actors of the music scene.”
– said organizer Makumi Kamau, one of the managers of Banana Records.
