KPMG: this year, many acquisitions are expected in Hungary
As in the past two years, many acquisitions are expected in Hungary. The sale of Telenor is imminent, and if it is completed this year, the Hungarian company acquisition record may be broken in 2018 – the KPMG advisory firm told MTI.
According to the information of the Mergermarket acquisition data on international corporate acquisitions, last year, 32 transactions took place worth more than 5 million USD in Hungary. This is just one less than in 2016 which is a record in the past 10 years. (MTI)
