There is also considerable workforce among public employees and retired people
Public employees, retired people and mothers with small children are also a major source of labor for the primary labor market – Cseresnyés Péter, Minister of State of the Ministry of National Economy (NGM) told at a press conference in Budapest on Tuesday.
Pensioner co-operatives have been set up to increase pensioners’ employment, and for mothers with young children the implementation of flexible working time is the solution – the Minister of State responsible for Labor Market and Training added.
Cseresnyés Péter reminded that the government’s employment policy measures so far focused on three areas: training, increasing labor mobility and expanding employment. (MTI)
