Public sector catering competition
Cooks can register for the Public Sector Catering Competition 2017-2018 until 18 April 2017.The organisers are the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) and the National Association of Public Sector Catering Service Providers (KÖZSZÖV), and this year’s topic is ‘dishes waiting for spring to come, in the spirit of tradition and renewal’.
The competition will consist of three rounds and teams of 2 (1 cook and 1 aid) will compete: they will have to cook a 3-course menu for adults from a HUF 450 budget.
