The Central European trade fair of spas held in Hévíz
The trade fair of the spa and wellness centers of the Central European region as well as a business meeting are held these days in Hévíz, where the accompanying press conference it was said that due to the rearrangement of the clientele only a slight decline can be experienced in the tourism of the city.
Papp Gábor Mayor, among others, spoke that Hévíz in recent years seeks to acquire new markets in addition to strengthening the existing ones. As a result, in spite of the lack of Russian visitors last year Hévíz was able to maintain its position as the most visited provincial town, so the fewer Russian guests are offset by the growing domestic clientele and the increasing number of Czech, Slovak, Polish and Slovenian tourists.
