Nearly one hundred businesses may be included on the positive consumer protection list
On the basis of the tests carried out in the past three weeks, nearly one hundred sales and service companies have chance to be included to the positive list of the National Consumer Protection Authority (NFH) – announced Pintér István, Director General of the organization on Thursday, at a press conference in Zalaegerszeg.
Pintér István explained that, contrary to the former practice, the authority puts the emphasis on prevention and not on the penalties, so they decided to make a public list of businesses that gave positive experiences to the inspectors. This list will be the prelude of the consumer-friendly logo, that is planned to be introduce next year – reports mfor.hu.
