MI will transform nearly five times as many jobs as it will eliminate
The Hungarian labor market is currently under the combined fire of various trends. Generation Z young people have completely different needs than their predecessors, and due to inflation, many are thinking about changing jobs.
The explosive artificial intelligence will also probably cause radical changes: according to experts, generative AI will change 4.5 times as many jobs as it will eliminate. From many points of view, it is good news that the Hungarian labor market is tight, i.e. employment is very high, but from another point of view this is already a problem at the level of the national economy, since many new investments are currently taking place in our country, the labor demand of which will have to be met. At the HR Fest, realized with the main support of the WHC Group, the participating professionals covered many such and related topics.
The HR Fest, the most important annual event of the human resources profession, awaited the professionals visiting the event with the most pressing questions and the latest trends in the field. Several presentations and round table discussions dealt with, among other things, the future of the labor market, its challenges and opportunities; with the cooperation of humans and artificial intelligence; with workplace sustainability and social responsibility; as well as with the digital transformation of the world of HR.
