Nearly 100 participants will come to the General Assembly of European Food Banks
Almost 100 participants from thirty countries, including food business leaders, lawmakers, experts and multinational companies, are coming to Budapest for the Annual Meeting of the European Food Banks Federation (FEBA), which will begin on Thursday in Budapest.
In the EU, the federation has 24 members and has 388 food banks in the Member States, providing assistance to nearly 8.1 million people. The purpose of the Saturday general assembly is to enable Member States to find logistics and IT solutions that can make food banks more efficient – according to the information sent to MTI. (MTI)
