Commitment to remove dangerous products faster
Four major online marketplaces, Alibaba, Amazon, Ebay and Rakuten-France signed an agreement on Monday to remove the dangerous products – the European Commission announced.
According to the information, the giant companies concerned have undertaken to respond to the notifications received from the Member State authorities within two business days and will take action within five business days following the announcements from the customers.
They have also undertaken to monitor information on recalls and dangerous products, such as those that are available in the EU alert system. (MTI, Bajnok Artúr)
