Infringement proceedings may start because of the law on loss-making commercial companies
Soon infringement proceedings may start, because according to the current legislation, those firms that are making loss for two years should be closed – Népszabadság wrote.
Népszabadság wrote that Brussels is now expecting the Hungarian response. If the Hungarian government fails to convince Brussels on the legitimacy of the law, infringement proceedings may be launched and the Committee can suspend the application of the law. (MTI)
