Favorite dishes of contemporary Hungarian writers in VakVarjúk’s book week chef offer
In honor of the 95th Book Week and to promote contemporary Hungarian literature, the chefs of VakVarjú’s five restaurants have included the favorite dishes of our contemporary Hungarian writers with the VakVarjú twist typical of the restaurant family. Guests can taste János Lackfi’s favorite appetizer and main course, Krisztián Nyáry’s favorite soup and main course, and Laura Leiner’s favorite main course and dessert.
In five VakVarjú restaurants (VakVarjú Csónakház, VakVarjú Buda, VakVarjú Újlipót, VakVarjú Pest and VígVarjú) in honor of the 95th Book Week, as last year, the favorites of our contemporary Hungarian writers will be included in the chef’s offer with the VakVarjú twist typical of the restaurant family. This year Laura Leiner, János Lackfi and Krisztián Nyáry “loaned” two of their favorite dishes to the crows.
