Marks & Spencer modernise IT System
The retailer has taken out a seven year contract with IT supplier Fujitsu Services to provide instore IT support for around 600 M&S stores in the UK, Ireland and Channel Islands.
Fujitsu has worked with M&S for
over 30 years, providing a consistently high quality of service. Over
the course of the last few years, M&S has modernised 70% of store
portfolio and improving the technology has been a large part of this.
The two companies will work together to
identify mechanisms to drive down costs.
