Modern research equipment at the Department of Hospitality of KVIK
An electronic eye, an electronic nose and several types of eye cameras have been installed in the newly designed Sensory Laboratory of the Department of Hospitality of the Faculty of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism of the Budapest Business University (BGE KVIK), which was inaugurated at the beginning of the summer, plus in the new section of the Research Laboratory that is equipped with state-of-the-art measuring instruments. Neurogastronomical tests of foods and drinks can be performed in the two new units.
