E nvironmental Protection Guinness World Record Attempt with the re-collecting of beverage cartons

The Italos Karton Környezetvédelmi Egyesülés (Beverage Carton Environmental Protection Association) (IKSZ) tried to set up the Guinness record of beverage carton recollecting with the participation of 500 children

With the record attempt the IKSZ aims to raise awareness to the importance of selective recollection and recycling of discarded beverage cartons. At the event held in the Millenáris Park, it is expected that more than 1,000 kgs of beverage cartons were recollected by the participating children and adults. The recollection was supported by the local government of the 2nd district, the NHI, the FKF, teh Sió-Eckes Kft. and the Naszálytej Zrt. The event ended with the performance of the Alma music group.
