LED lights are environmentally friendly and economical

It is absolutely worth replacing classic light bulb lamps and old fluorescent tubes with LED lights because LED (Light-Emitting Diode) performs much better than its predecessors. High-tech LED lights by LG Electronics are available in Hungary as well, facilitating ecological and economical lighting in your home or office. The biggest advantage of LED lights is that they emit more light for a longer period of time, using less energy for this. LED lights’ utilisation ratio is between 50 and 100 lm/W, depending on lamp type – several times bigger traditional light bulbs’. One of the reasons behind LED lights’ excellent performance is that they do not or hardly emit light in the IR and UV ranges. LED lights can be used for 50,000 hours, 50 times longer than traditional light bulbs and 4 times longer than fluorescent tubes. LG is one of the few lighting technology manufacturers who develop and manufacture all components, from base materials to the end products themselves.
