Decree correction about trading outside the shops

The ministry of economy and public transfer published a new order protect the customer and asses a faster complain administrations.

According the decree correction in the future customer can complain
in writing and the seller have to control and answer it in 30 days. The
customer has the  opportunity to give the
product back in 8 work days, without any justification.
