The government adopted the tourism development strategy
The Government adopted the National Tourism Development Strategy 2030, which will soon be published in the Hungarian Gazette and will become a “grand book” of Hungarian tourism – Guller Zoltán, Managing Director of the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ) said at the first Tourism Summit 2017 conference in Budapest on Monday.

Guller Zoltán emphasized that a paradigm shift was promulgated in tourism 1.5 years ago. The Hungarian Tourism Agency was formed and the creation of the a strategy until 2030 was started. The tourism strategy is capable of serving as a benchmark for all industry players by 2030. The strategy was complemented with hundreds of suggestions by experienced experts and has been synthesized by recognized foreign consultants, he said. “Swiss precision, Hungarian virtus – this is the tourism development strategy”, he said.
