Koppány: the new Hungarian food chain
A new food chain is under organisation under the name: Koppány. The supply includes delicacies such as buffalo sausage, gray beef-steak and a wide range of Hungarian goods, which cannot be found at the large commercial networks.
Megyesi Zoltán, owner of the Koppány Hús Hungaricum Kft. who opened the chain’s fourth shop on Friday in the downtown of Budapest, was tired of the struggle with the large food chains and opened the first Hungarian national food shop in Solymár, then in Páty, and two more stores in the capital. They are discussing about the opening of a fifth shop in Budaörs – reports Népszabadság Online.
