Kitchen as birthday present
Zoltán Vidák who had spent seven years as the chef of Premier, finally found a new job in Etyek, in the guest house owned by Pál Rókusfalvi. He is now in charge of the modernisation and expansion of the kitchen. The Toscany and Provance concept is not far removed his own ideas and he is also glad that he can keep an eye on everything from the design stage.
