The conference is organized by the Industry Council of Hungarian Restaurateurs
The Hungarian Hospitality Industry Association (MVI) is organizing a conference within the framework of the SIRHA Budapest 2024 exhibition at the beginning of March.
On Tuesday, March 5, the Hungarian Hospitality Industry Board will hold its conference from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The focus of the conference will be this year’s challenges and solutions in hospitality, and the moderator of the event will be Norbert Polyák, vice-president of the Hungarian Hospitality Industry Association, who was recently appointed hotel manager of the Hotel Ózon Superior.
The lectures will discuss the NTAK, experiences related to the DRS system, the workforce in Thailand and the vocational training activities of the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry. At the end of the event, there will also be a round table discussion entitled “The wave train in catering – it’s worth sitting in front!” with the participation of Balázs Csapody, Zoltán Kőrössy and Rudolf Semsei.
Admission to the conference is free, but registration is required.
