Kométa: Alliance for gluten-free meat

The new EU regulation, which requires adequate information to consumers about the food they consume enters into force on Saturday.

An important element of the system to provide the required informations about the allergens in the food product, so Kométa teamed up with the National Advocacy Association of People with Celiac Disease (Lisztérzékenyek Érdekképviseletének Országos Egyesülete) to indicate the content of gluten on the packages of the food products.
