Risk management can boost confidence in the digital economy
Risk managers can increase user confidence and reduce the cost of digital transformation, yet they are not involved properly in business decisions – according to the international survey of EZ, made with the involvement of 1200 decision-makers. The risk management and management functions have to be changed radically to create a strategic value.
If the managers of the organizations involve risk management professionals in their digital conversion programs it would increase user experience, reduce implementation costs, and strengthen the trust in projects – 59 percent of the executives told.
