The content requirements of risk management plans defined in EU legislation must be fully met in order for the competent authority to approve them. In the risk management plan, entrepreneurs must define and monitor the critical points in Article 91 of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 related to the issuance of plant passports and production processes.
It is important to emphasize that these data and information must be kept by the entrepreneur concerned for at least three years
A detailed guide to assist in the preparation of plans for the management of risks posed by pests, as well as a sample risk management plan (developed for a vegetable seed production company) can be downloaded from the Nébih Plant Health sub-page.
