Quality recognized by the KMÉ trademark at MIRELITE MIRSA Zrt.
MIRELITE MIRSA Zrt., a key player in the frozen vegetable and pasta market, has now received the Excellent Quality Food (KMÉ) certification for two of its products. The company’s green peas and yellow wax beans earned the certification thanks to their high-quality Hungarian ingredients and advanced technological processes.
Over 40 years at the forefront of frozen food
Since 1981, MIRELITE MIRSA Zrt. has been a key player in the Hungarian food industry. Initially offering only frozen vegetables, the company has expanded its portfolio to include fruits and pasta products. Today, its continuously growing selection includes 42 types of vegetables, 16 varieties of fruits, and 12 different pasta products.
“The quality of our products is guaranteed by carefully selected Hungarian ingredients and precise processing technology.”
– said Dr. Viktor Losó, the company’s managing director.
The significance of the KMÉ certification for consumers
Today’s consumers make increasingly conscious decisions and pay close attention to food products with various quality certifications. The KMÉ certification guarantees that the products undergo strict inspection processes, ensuring consistently excellent quality.
“The KMÉ certification is not just a recognition but also a trust-building factor that helps consumers feel confident about what they put in their shopping baskets.”
– emphasized Dr. Viktor Losó.
Hungarian quality, international success
MIRELITE MIRSA Zrt.’s products are not only popular in the Hungarian market but also sought after abroad. The company has been exporting to EU countries for many years, as well as to distant markets such as the Middle East and Japan.
“A KMÉ-certified product provides a competitive edge in export markets. It serves as a guarantee that earns recognition both at home and abroad.” – said the managing director.
The future: expanding the range of KMÉ-certified products
The company does not intend to stop at two KMÉ-certified products. Its goal is to have its pasta products, along with existing broccoli, cauliflower, and spinach croquettes, also receive certification in the future.
“We are constantly working to ensure that as many of our products as possible meet the highest standards. Our commitment to sustainable food production and quality ingredients remains unchanged.”
– added Dr. Viktor Losó.
KMÉ certification: a step toward a sustainable future
Beyond guaranteeing quality, the KMÉ certification supports the development of a more sustainable food industry. According to Dr. Viktor Losó, every Hungarian manufacturer should strive to obtain the certification, as it not only strengthens the market perception of products but also signals a commitment to sustainable food production.
MIRELITE MIRSA Zrt. serves as proof that excellent ingredients, precise manufacturing processes, and dedication to quality bring well-deserved professional and consumer recognition.
