Amazon achieved largest quarterly profits
Amazon has reported results surpassing the expectations on its second quarter performance – marketplace.com wrote. The company generated nearly 53 billion USD in turnover in the previous quarter, which was roughly one-tenth of the preliminary estimates, but reported the largest quarterly profits in its history.
The current 2.4 billion USD result is double of the analyst’s expectations and nearly seven times the last year’s profit. In addition, Amazon forecasted the same favorable numbers for the next three months. (piacesprofit.hu)
