High-quality dairy products for every day
The name Sole-Mizo Zrt. stands for quality and tradition. Every year, 400 million liters of milk arrive at the company’s four Hungarian factories, where they are processed with the help of 1,200 employees. The brand has long been a key player in the Hungarian dairy industry, a role further strengthened by the Excellent Quality Food (KMÉ) certification, now awarded to six Mizo products.
“The Mizo brand has long been known to consumers, but we wanted to further strengthen trust and our commitment to quality with the KMÉ certification.”
– said Beáta Csósza, Head of Quality Assurance at Sole-Mizo Zrt.
Which products have received the KMÉ certification?
Currently, six Mizo products from Sole-Mizo Zrt. proudly bear the quality mark:
- 3 types of Mizo UHT milk
- 2 types of Mizo Trappist cheese
- 1 Mizo semi-fat cottage cheese
The company aims to extend the certification to further dairy products in the future, as the mark is not only a recognition, but also a guarantee for consumers.
How is the KMÉ certification obtained?
Obtaining the KMÉ certification is based on a rigorous inspection process. The entire production chain – from the arrival of packaging materials to product manufacturing, storage, and delivery – is under continuous supervision.
“Meeting the KMÉ requirements once is not enough. We work every day as if we had to prove ourselves again and again. Quality control is present in every single step.”
– explained Beáta Csósza.
Obtaining the certification is proof that Sole-Mizo products consistently represent a guaranteed high standard.
The benefits of the certification for consumers and manufacturers
Consumers are becoming increasingly conscious in choosing dairy products, and a quality certification significantly influences their decisions.
“With the KMÉ certification, consumers turn to our products with greater confidence, as they know this label means a thoroughly inspected, high-quality product.”
– added Beáta Csósza.
According to Sole-Mizo Zrt., the certification is not only a guarantee for consumers, but it is also worth pursuing for producers. “This is why I can recommend the use of the KMÉ certification to other manufacturing units as well, as a six-time holder of the mark, because for consumers this represents added value,” emphasized the quality assurance manager.
Sole-Mizo Zrt. remains focused on quality and continuous development, ensuring that its products meet the highest standards every day.
