The best known winemaker of the Great Plains cuts out his grapes
One of the best known winemaker of Csongrád County cut out his grapes. Somodi Sándor of Ásotthalom told to Délmagyarország, that viticulture is not worth, but he still continue to make wine.
The winter frost of 2002 put the most decisive blow on his family plantation, since then the plantation only produced losses. The expert, however, does not moan, he remains a winemaker without grapes. He already purchased grapes from the Mátra Mountains, and from the Badacsony and Csongrád wine regions. He told to the newspaper, that he will create his wines from these grapes.
