Nielsen expands its e-commerce potential
Nielsen is a global information and knowledge services company and the e-commerce analyst Profitero company concluded a strategic alliance to unite the Profitero’s Digital Shelf 360 application package with Nielsen's e-commerce offerings for the FMCG brands.
The alliance expands Nielsen’s e-commerce potential and allows producers to compare the digital shelves’ analyzes with the actual sales data. The extended offer will help them to understand the reasons behind online sales data and changes in equity.
In Europe, the Nielsen is already measuring e-commerce in the United Kingdom, France and in Spain. In addition, in the Netherlands and in Turkey Nielsen gets information from key partners.
