The Gourmet by SIRHA awards were handed over
The award ceremony of the Gourmet by SIRHA innovative competition took place after the opening of the SIRHA Budapest 2014.
– To the Competition, announced for the first time, a total of 27 applications were received, and we was delighted that all the entries contained genuine innovations – Hermann Zsuzsanna, Trade magazin’s editor in chief and the president of the jury pointed out.
The entries were divided into four categories. The Hungerit Zrt. proved to be the best in the food category with its Valdor roast duck product family. The Kemence Sütőipari Kft. became the first of the Pastry and Baking category. The MICROS Fidelio Magyarország Kft. became the first in the HoReCa services category with its MICROS inMotion, mStation and mTablet Terminal application. The Rougié blue lobster applications of the T. Nagy Tamás Kft. was ranked as the first by the jury in the Machine and Technology category.
