Nestlé would expand in China
The world's largest food group would increase its market share in China, which soon can be the second largest market for Nestlé behind the United States.
The breakthrough came in 2011, through two transactions that allow Nestlé to acquire majority stake in the largest Chinese sweet manufacturer, the Hsu Fu Chiba as well as in the Yinlu Foods company. (Neue Zürcher Zeitung – Világgazdaság Online)
