Russia has increased its meat exports 2.2-fold in the first half of the year, with China as its biggest buyer, Russian economic daily RBK published on Tuesday, citing an analysis by Rosszelhozbank.
45 percent of Russia meat exports directed to China (54 percent including Hong Kong). The former leading importer, Ukraine, came in second in the first six months and its share fell from 28 to 16 percent, while the value of its imports rose from 42 to 52 million USD. (MTI)
