Corn average yield is over nine tonnes in Tolna county
In Tolna county, the average yield of corn is over nine tonnes, after the harvest is carried out on nearly half of the arable land.
According to the 24 October data of the National Association of Agricultural Economics (NAK), a total of 325 335 tonnes were harvested from 34 825 hectares, which is 41 percent of the 84 938 hectares of arable land. The average yield is 9.3 tonnes. (MTI)
