Who are the best domestic employers? An important competition has begun
Companies can now enter the Caring Workplace of the Year Award 2025 competition, which evaluates how companies care about the well-being of their employees. The recognition will be given to workplaces that contribute to strengthening employee satisfaction and loyalty with their exemplary initiatives.
Why is caring important in the workplace?
More and more companies are recognizing that the well-being and sense of security of their employees are the basic prerequisite for long-term, stable operations. Where employees feel cared for, there is greater satisfaction, commitment and performance. The aim of the award is therefore to highlight and recognise best practices and to inspire companies that are still at the beginning of their journey in building a caring corporate culture.

Entries are expected from companies where a system of health or pension benefits, as well as employer education emphasizing the importance of self-care, are an integral part of everyday operations.
Background and mission of the award
The competition is organized by the Foundation for Self-Care, with the support of the Premium Health Fund and the Premium Voluntary Pension Fund. The organizers aim to improve workplace culture at a national level by awarding and showcasing the most outstanding caring initiatives and setting an example for other employers.
In addition to valuable prizes, the winning companies will also receive extensive communication support: they will be presented to the public, thereby strengthening their good reputation, the visibility of their HR activities and their attractiveness in the labor market.
