The winners of the Randstad Award 2024 employer branding have been announced
Based on a comprehensive survey among Hungarian employees, this year Lufthansa Systems Hungária Kft. was chosen as the most attractive employer in the IT category. Hungary’s most popular employers were awarded this highly prestigious award for the eleventh time this year. The related survey also revealed that the IT sector is still the most attractive industry in Hungary based on the employees’ opinion.
Randstad Hungary awarded the country’s most attractive workplaces this year as well. As part of the Randstad Employer Brand research, in addition to the most popular employers, the company also sought answers to a number of exciting questions assessing the attitudes and motivations of employees.
Breaking it down into the most important industries, Randstad also examined separately which are the most attractive workplaces in our country. Lufthansa Systems Hungária, which now employs more than 770 highly qualified IT professionals in its offices in Budapest and Szeged, won the award for Hungary’s most attractive employer in the IT category in 2024 based on the opinion of its employees. Randstad’s research also revealed that, according to employees, IT is still the most attractive sector in Hungary in 2024.
