Magazine: We have the finalists now
All the regional finals in the competition for cooks working in public sector catering – organised by the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) and the National Association of Public Sector Catering Service Providers (KÖZSZÖV) – have been held by the beginning of October. In this competition cooks have to prepare a meal from HUF 450. The final will take place at the Sirha Budapest trade show in February 2018, with the following teams: Junior, Eurest Pécs, Fülesmaci Balatonlelle, Hungast Szekszárd, LC Team, Formabontók from Budapest’s 3rd district, Vital Team, Eurest Győr, Eurest Törökbálint, Dunaújváros and Hungast Pécs. //
