K&H: more people are going on holiday abroad than last year
For this year’s holiday, the pandemic is less of an obstacle, much more a matter of planning; Although a higher proportion of respondents expect a holiday abroad than last year, the proportion of those planning a domestic trip of at least 5 days has not changed in a year, and the majority expect a shorter holiday, according to a survey by K&H Bank.
The bank also told MTI on Sunday that a quarter of middle-aged people are on holiday abroad, according to the survey; 42 percent of 30- to 59-year-olds say a budget of more than 5 days of domestic vacation fits into their budget, and 26 percent don’t even consider travel abroad to be excluded. However, the majority do not expect a longer holiday, with 58 percent canceling the trip due to lack of money. (MTI)
