K&H: nearly 80,000 children became more financially aware
Again, a lot of students applied for the K&H Take care, ready, money! for this year’s series of financial quiz.
A total of more than 8,700 students entered, so a total of nearly 80,000 children have participated in the competition, which was launched in 2010 and focuses on financial education. After the end of the first round, K&H, the organizer of the game, awarded several special prizes. Szent László Catholic Primary School and Kindergarten in Géderlak won the accolade for the school that nominated the most students. Mihályn Szántó, a teacher at Petőfi Utcai Primary School in Békéscsaba, received a special award for preparing the most students. The competition will continue on February 20 with the second round, in which 1,095 teams will compete. This is followed by the online regional semi-finals, and then the finals in May, which will be held in person, where the best teams in each age group and region will enter.
