K&H: Big companies planned to increase their numbers – what can the military conflict in Ukraine change?
According to the K&H Enterprise Growth Index research in the last quarter of 2021, companies have not been prepared to hire so many employees for more than two years. The question is, however, what impact the events in Ukraine will have on this. Companies’ investment plans have shown caution, and the uncertainty posed by the military conflict could further dampen development appetite.
