Zyntern’s recent 2025 Great Career Start Survey reveals that young people are no longer primarily focused on salary! According to 78 percent of respondents, it is much more important to be able to learn something new every day, make independent decisions, and feel real meaning in their work. In fact, more than 60 percent of them specifically consider a supportive workplace atmosphere and development opportunities to be key – in other words, instead of money, personal growth and a good mood are now the winners.

Today, no young leader is satisfied with a diploma on the wall and a comfortable chair in the office – they want to jump into the deep end right away! Making decisions, making mistakes, learning, starting over – this is what drives them. Salary? Sure, it’s important, but it’s far from the first. What matters more is that they can develop every day, make independent decisions, and feel a real stake in their work.

For today’s young leaders, the workplace is not just an office, but a playground between creativity and strategy – where they can test themselves, fulfill themselves, and where challenges do not discourage them, but fire them up. In modern companies, this is no longer a dream, young leaders can prove their talents every day, in real decision-making situations, with real consequences. Every project is another test, where it becomes clear how well they can handle pressure, how they learn from their mistakes, and how they can inspire others around them.

K&H Bank is a real career laboratory for those who want to lead not in theory, but in real situations! Here, young leaders can not only test themselves, but also manage real teams, make decisions, and actively shape the future. The bank is not talking into the air when it comes to innovation, internal developments and artificial intelligence-based solutions – including Kate, the country’s first voice-based financial digital assistant – prove that at K&H they not only talk about the future, but also build it.

“Anyone who starts with us not only gets into a system, but can also shape it. And perhaps most importantly, here you can really do what you want, while developing and fulfilling yourself both personally and professionally”

– said Medvey Leila, Head of HR at K&H. “K&H offers young people a job, but more than that, a career lab. Horizontal and vertical career paths, agile teams, internal mobility and project-based work await those who not only want to get a job, but also really want to develop and create value. For example, university students can gain insight into the behind-the-scenes of IT innovation, marketing, data analysis or artificial intelligence as interns, for example in Kate’s project.”
