K&H: This is how we encourage colleagues to use green solutions
The implementation of sustainable operations is almost a basic requirement for companies. However, it is not an easy task to get the employees to commit themselves to the ESG goals defined by the company. According to K&H, the key lies in three things: organic involvement, joint implementation and regular feedback.
The enforcement of ESG (environmental protection, social and corporate governance) principles is slowly becoming a basic requirement for companies, as consumers, investors and employees prefer companies that pay attention to their natural and social environment. At the same time, it is not enough to lay down the aspirations in writing, as each measure is only worth as much as it is realized in practice. But what tools does an HR person have to ensure that sustainability guidelines are actually integrated into the everyday life of employees? K&H, which won the Euromoney Sustainable Bank of the Year award, presents the three key elements of this complex process.
