K&H: these three factors are the main obstacles to smEs’ operations
Labour shortages, exchange rate changes, lack of materials – this is the most hindering for companies, according to the latest results of the K&H SME Confidence Index research. Hiring the right specialists is a problem for more than a third of businesses, while changes in the euro exchange rate and a shortage of materials due to the pandemic affect around a fifth.
