Less profit could be left for SMEs
The domestic companies expect a 8.6 percent higher sales revenue than before and a moderate profit growth of 4.5 percent – according to the K&H SME confidence index research. Regarding next year’s development of their finances, small businesses are the most optimistic.
Compared with the previous quarter, slightly higher sales growth, but lower profits growth are expected in the next year. “The recent results of the K&H SME Trust Index show that domestic businesses are currently expecting 8.6 percent sales growth and 4.5 percent profit growth. This means that the dynamics of revenue growth are still favorable, but the expected increase in profits has slightly decreased, compared to the previous 5.1 percent. Revenue and profit expectations have therefore shifted exceptionally in the opposite direction – Kovács Viktor Zoltán, K&H SME Marketing Director said.
