Less consumer protectional violations at the Christmas fairs
This year the consumer protection inspectors found violations at 38 percent of the Christmas fairs, while a year before the rate was 42 percent – Koszorús László, Deputy Minister of State of the Ministry of National Development, responsible for Consumer Affairs reported about the improving trends, on Wednesday in Budapest at a press conference.
From the last week of November, the consumer protection authority, and the consumer protection inspectorsof the county government offices conducted 628 inspections. In 241 cases some shortcomings – Fülöp Zsuzsanna, spokesperson of the National Authority for Consumer Protection presented the data. (MTI)
