They hardly speak about salt
There are now laws on fighting salt consumption in the US yet, but restaurant chains and independent restaurants have already started serving food with reduced salt content. Strangely, they do not dare to talk about these measures because Americans love salt and consume 3.4 grams per day instead of the recommended 1.5-2.3 grams. Many Americans would never choose a dish from the menu that is advertised with containing less salt!
