U.S. residents consumes not enough fruits and vegetables
According to a U.S. government report; The majority of Americans still do not eat enough vegetables and fruits and even the consumption decreases.
According to the datas of CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention); last year, one third of the American adults consumed fruit or fruit juices at least twice a day. This is slightly less than the 34 percent recorded in 2000. Only 26 percent of the adults ate vegetables at least three times a day, which corresponds to the 2000 value – reports ProfitLine.hu.
