„Double agent”
The name of the 33 year old chef, Zsolt Nagy has become known in connection with competitions held in March. He was the only chef who entered both Tradition and Evolution and the Bocuse d’Or qualifying round and reached the final in both competitions. The young and talented chef of the Dutch Embassy wanted test his abilities and also to see the difference between the two challenges. Though he didn’t make the top three in either competition, he is not disappointed and says he would enter both again. “I enjoyed both competitions and I would like to say Thank Youn and congratulations to tzhe organisers.”
