The number of tourists visiting Greece has fallen by two-thirds
In the first half of this year, the number of foreign visitors to Greece fell by 67 percent to 2.6 million, and so far the figures for the first two weeks of July are not very encouraging
The deline is about 70 percent year-on-year, so this year’s full-year tourism revenue is expected to be around 5 billion euros, compared to the 18 billion of last year, which means that a fall of around 70 percent is likely happen therel – portfolio.hu wrote after Teneo’s newsletter. (portfolio.hu)
