Edeka launches new advertising network in two thousand stores
One of Germany’s leading grocery chains, Edeka, has launched its new nationwide advertising network embracing more than 3,500 digital screens in 2,000 stores. Advertisers will be able to run their campaigns through this system from January 2024, the retailer said.
The success of the campaigns is supported by detailed evaluations based on sales data from Edeka stores. In parallel with the on-screen campaigns, advertisers will also have the opportunity to launch coupon and other sales promotions.
From 2025 on, Edeka will offer additional marketing opportunities for advertisers through the Payback bonus programme, which the retailer joined last year
