Farmers can prepare to synchronize the data of the Unified Application and the eGN plot
This year, the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) will once again enable the automatic loading and synchronization of the data of the Single Application in the electronic Business Journal (eGN) system. The process is mandatory for farmers submitting subsidy applications, and its main goal is to minimize penalties due to inaccurate data. For smooth synchronization, the office has collected the most important information and special cases.
By synchronizing the Unified Application (EC), the production site data previously recorded in the eGN, or possibly inaccurately entered, are overwritten with a few keystrokes. The clarification also affects the area sizes (hectares) with different values, location data, legal titles and uses. The areas affected by previously recorded operations are also automatically reconciled.
Nébih receives support data from the Hungarian State Treasury after the EC correction deadline, i.e. September 30, 2024
The data loading and synchronization function will be available for eGN users for the first time. After that, the office also provides the service for developers of external management software. Through the interface, after the development and testing period, those who manage the eGN with the help of external software will also be able to take advantage of the opportunity. Synchronization, after loading EC data, is mandatory for all farmers who submit support applications. That is why, after the transfer of the EC data, those affected are also obliged to enter the eGN system, who have already complied with the electronic data recording, and there has been no change in the size of the area either. The implementation of the development is expected in autumn, about which the office will inform the stakeholders in a separate announcement.
