Garden in the city: the Picnic Garden of the bloggers has debuted
Four popular bloggers, gastronomy and lifestyle experts presented their joint vegetable garden in the organic garden of the Corvinus University’s arboretum. The Picnic Garden draws attention to the values of the fresh vegetable raw materials, which the contributors would like to process and consume in the widest range of ways. Rape and sunflower also being grown in the garden to familiarize the visitors to the values of vegetable oils used in the manufacture of margarines.
Bezselics Ildikó, Takács Nóra, Jókuti András bloggers and Csonka Zsolt (chef of the Butcher’s Kitchen) have joined forces to experience the happiness of an own vegetable garden in the city. They found the place in the organic garden of the Corvinus University’s arboretum as well as a willing partner for garden-tillage. Their idea was embraced by Unilever, so they also planted such planted oil plants, which give the natural raw materials of margarine.
